Newbie questions

Just loaded up Scram 0.16.2 for Win-64 environment from Git-hub.

I am getting an error when I try to load the example files - stating Invalid Input file when I click on any of the example files.

scram::xml::ValidityError

Did not expect element define-initiating-event there

Second problem - most likely a newbie question, if I try to create a new model and add a gate, Or Gate, with 2 inputs, I never get a available OK button, it is always greyed out like a permissive is missing.

Do I need to add events first, then attach them to the OR gate.

Is these something missing here?

Trying to create a single top event OR gate with 2 inputs with probability set to 0.01 each.

Ideas welcome!
