2. I will print out 100 copies of the TriFold. If we are running low, people will be able to scan the QR code of their local troop and/or scan the code on the front for the whole brochure. We will also have time to run home to print more if needed. 3. All scouts should have a pen/pencil and something to write on in the event that a parent would like to give their email and/or phone number to facilitate further conversations or to get reminders for upcoming troop events. 4. All current scouts from all troops are welcome in their Class A uniforms. 5. Finally, for those athletes who can’t make the early 6:00 shift, we will be staying until the event lets out at 8:30 to greet parents when they might have more time to talk in the parking lot.
