All - I've had some things come up and will have to move the Yurt campout back a few weeks. The next available date was 2/15/-2/16 and even though I hate/detest going to the mountains on holiday weekends I had to book it.

It was great to see all the interest from the boys and all the spots were filled for the campout for 1/25 so hopefully will have the same amount of interest for the 2/15 date. All the details are still the same, the only thing that has changed is the date.

**Updated DETAILS**

Yurt + Snowshoes + Snow + 2/15/2019 = Awesome

We've been able to reserve a Yurt for our glamping (aka glamorous camping) trip in January. The plan is to camp in the Yurt Friday night (2/15/2019) and then go snowshoeing and play in the snow during the day on Saturday (2/15/2019).

I will need to know who would still like to go in order to address the two items below:
  1. Snow shoes (snowshoe pair + poles). For those that need them (myself included), it will cost $10. Please give me, Chad Higgins, or Jeff Beck the money 1 week prior to the trip. I need to know how many people plan to attend to make sure we have enough snowshoes. Currently, I can get a rental deal of $21 per snowshoe set (snowshoe pair + poles). We'll have to discuss cost as we get closer to the date.
  2. Sleeping space. This is the same as before. I was told it can easily sleep 10 people, so if we are willing to squeeze I'm assuming we might be able to do 12.

Please let me, Chad Higgins, or Jeff Beck know if this is something your boy would still like to attend and if the new date works.
