Upcoming Activities for Troop 763 & Tuscany Deacons Quorum (Week of April 15th, 2019)

Hi Families,

Here's what we have going on this week. Please also note the up-and-coming activities, specifically the campout in late May.

This Week:

• Thurs April 16th - Second round of flag fundraising. Meet at 6:30pm at the Church. Wear a scout uniform. We will be selling a few more flags for our scout camp fundraiser throughout the neighborhoods near the church, and follow up with those who were interested but couldn't pay from 2 weeks ago.

Next week +:

• Thurs April 25th - Flag Fundraising telethon.
• Thurs May 2nd - Fitness, Finance, Family merit badges.
• Thurs May 9th - YM/YW Combined Activity (Deacons in charge).
• Thurs May 16th - Quorum activity (service) or Flag Fundraising Finish.
• Thurs May 23rd - Fitness, Finance, Family merit badges.
• Mon May 27th - 1st day of flag posting (Memorial Day).
  
• Thurs-Sat May 30th-June 1st - Campout @ Wellington Lake (5/30-6/1).
  
• June 27th-29th - Ward Youth Conference. More details to be announced. Location: Wolthius' Ranch, 33145 Hwy 9, Hartsel, CO 80449.
  
• July 17th-20th - Scout/High Adventure camp. The boys will be 'selling flags' again this year to raise money for camp.
