We have a potential opportunity to have either Mike Ormond or Mike Taulty from Microsoft up to speak in late February. The question is, what would you like to hear them talk about?

We can put on Java and Linux events, however I'm not sure that would be an area either of the Mikes would be able to speak on. However, I'm sure they could speak with some authority on Microsoft technologies. :)

How about something related to Cloud technology?

I'd like to know the kind of business cases that specifically Microsoft's offering would be used for, and an overview of how developers would create applications that use it.

Cheers,
Chris

Hi Colin,

Lol. I'm just kidding about Java and Linux ('cause they are Microsoft people)
But in seriousness, I would like to hear about UML2 and DotNet in practical development. Read a bit UML1 in Uni, working now in DotNet. Want to use UML2 properly in the development but not sure how to apply (except the Use Case diagrams ;-).

UML DotNet development practice is a vote from me.

Cheers,
Tyn
