At minimum the type of member I would like to present would have Architecture and implementation experience in the Identity and Access Management space.
NONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED
(including team oriented, managerial skills, etc.)
In addition to the business skills initially recapped above, the ideal candidate would need to have technical experience in the following areas:
• IBM Tivoli Access Manager (TAM), IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM)
• Redhat Linux, DB2 UDB, WebSphere Application Server, familiar with Data Center Operations, certificates and firewalls
