WasteStart is building a modern ERP platform for the waste industry, and we’re looking for engineers to join our team in Glasgow. We work hybrid-first, with time in the office for collaboration and plenty of flexibility for remote work. We’ve just closed a successful seed round.
You’ll be part of a small, hands-on team working across the full stack, from database to UI. Day to day, that means shipping features in Rails 8 with Hotwire, talking with customers to understand workflows, and owning your work all the way from design to deployment. There’s also plenty of room to shape the product and our technical direction as we scale.
We’re looking for developers with Rails experience who enjoy building clean, modern UIs and care about user experience. Interest in AI and how it can support both our customers and your own dev workflow is a bonus. If you’ve worked with Turbo Native, B2B products, or anything in the environmental space, even better.
