Hey Ruby fans,

Well looky here: we're in Summer! Though the sun has poked its nose out, for me the primary thing is that it's become more mild. Coupled with good news on vaccination levels in Scotland, and things are looking up! However, at least for the next few months, ScotRUG will continue to meet online only. We're still figuring out what to do about restarting in person meetups, and this will be the place that we'll announce that.

In the meantime: what about June then? This month we're fortunate to have Colin Gemmell come and talk to us. Colin has spent the last few months experimenting with some patterns for delivering reactive web apps in Rails. This month, he'll be speaking to us about one of these optoins: Stimulus Reflex. So, come along if you're interested in how using Stimulus Reflex might enable you to make your web software more reactive, while still using a Ruby framework you know.
