Patient information sheet

Dear All,

I've drafted an information sheet for patients at the Scottish general practices (we can adapt it for Malawi patients also). Once the twinning process is more consolidatd and you feel ready to publicise the twin link with your patients, you might find something like the attached useful. It could serve as a Q+A for patient advisory group meetings, be posted on the waiting room notice board, or help initiate a newsletter feature.

I would be grateful if you could read it through for me and check that it makes sense. Are there any big omissions?

There is also an information sheet for practice staff that was distributed at the forum event on Monday. If you would like a copy of this, let me know.
