Hi,

my biggest job past week was finding and talking to some sponsors. More news then that's sorted out.

Going to visit The Hub this week too, I think we should be able to afford it.

Let us know the price of hiring the venue, or if more applicale price per head.

Also what facilities there are and any included extras such as food and whatnot.

Are there to be any included expenses paid to people such as speakers (accomm, travel) or is this still decided to be a low-scale, turn-up-and-speak type conf.
