Hey,

so yeah, we have a venue now. Dynamic Earth biosphere
(http://www.dynamicearth.co.uk/events/venueguidecapacities/biosphere).
Fits all people we want, nice location, etc.

Obviously as with all venues they don't have a proper internet setup.
Realistically they could accommodate 40 connections or so. I think 3g
dongles or maybe wifi routers using 3g dongles might be the best setup,
as it doesn't require much time to setup and is reasonably priced.
