Hi,

I have now signed the contract with The Hub and will pay a deposit for a
venue soon (I have 14 days).

If we could've dropped everything before, now we have to make this happen :)

P.S.
I have venue plans now and detailed info, so if you are working on wifi
setup, projectors etc these might be of interest to you.
