You are correct in that there is a typo in the minutes of the 2/12/2013 meeting - the date should have read "2nd December 2013" as opposed to "16th December 2013". Sorry for missing this. I have updated the minutes in the Dropbox folder, and can confirm your attendance at the 2/12/2013 meeting, and your contribution at same.

Regards

Hi Patrick,
The complication is that I was not at the meeting on 16 September with 'apologies for absence noted' in the minutes so I can't just use that one.
Look forward to hearing from you.
I don't want just to unilaterally correct the version of the minutes in dropbox.
Cheers
Harry

Hi Patrick

… just had another look at these two documents from SIA dropbox. This version of the minutes shows Monday 16 September as the meeting date but as the content matches the agenda for 2 December 2013 I think this is just a typo … lots of amends to the minutes so was there a later corrected version.
The IFoA audit people are being very picky.

Cheers
Harry

Hi Patrick,

I am trying without success to track down the minutes of our meeting on 2 December 2013 to prove I attended.
 I think you were secretary.
All I can find are minutes of a meeting on Monday 16 September which may be them but with the wrong date.
They do not seem to be in dropbox.
If you can track them down could you send me the pdf.
I am being audited for CPD yet again – apparently random selection … as this is second time in recent years I suspect a job creation exercise!.

Cheers
Harry

Enclosed draft minutes of meeting, no doubt I have missed some things and given the wrong emphasis at times so please let me know any revisions that are required. Please just reply to me not the group. Cheers, John
