What warranty should owners expect on paintwork done on exterior walls?
Where I used to live the paint started to 'wash off' on one side of the
building after the evidently one year warrant expired.
Reading paint manufacturers sites many claim to give 25 year guarantees.
Certainly a previous house of ours done using a Sandtex brand still
looks good after more than 25 years.
