How do they cater for unanticipated demands on court
services, which create unavoidable delays. And which
make the old statutory time limits based on assumptions
of stability, unachievable? So, what happened in WWII?
And if an earthquake destroys the court-building?

Is it true that Indian cases can go on for gererations?

== TIA.

Who says that they are unachievable, and why?
