Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong
pharmaceutical/healthcare industry expertise to provide architectural oversight
and technical leadership for enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. The
role involves guiding IT projects, setting standards, reviewing designs, and
ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will
have deep Salesforce technical skills, enterprise architecture experience, and
proven success in large-scale healthcare transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide architectural oversight for Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
- Participate in process, data, and technology design discussions to improve scalability and performance
- Offer technical guidance, mentoring, and review of architectural work
- Lead critical steps in the SDLC impacting platform-wide development
- Gather and document business/software requirements for Salesforce implementations
- Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Contribute to strategic technology planning and review councils
- Propose and evaluate new technologies, providing proof of concepts and business cases
- Manage deployments, release processes, and environment management
- Lead Go-Live and Hypercare activities for large-scale projects
Required Skills:
- Deep Salesforce expertise: Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, LWC, Omni Studio
- Strong knowledge of architectural design patterns, data architecture, and management
- Experience with ETL tools for external data loading
- Experience in healthcare transformation projects and GXP environments
- Proficiency with CI/CD, repositories (Git, Bitbucket), and DevOps processes
- Large-scale implementation experience, including Go-Live and post-implementation support
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Admin, Developer, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Application Architect, Omni Studio Developer/Consultant
- Application & System Architect certifications
