Position: Oracle NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant 

Location: San Diego, CA

Work Mode: On site

 

Experience: 

• 10+ Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise in NetSuite ERP and the ability to support system integrations. 
• The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring stable, scalable, and efficient NetSuite operations. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Functional Responsibilities :

• Gather requirements, perform business process mapping, and design solutions across key NetSuite modules including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Financials, and Projects. 
• Configure NetSuite forms, fields, roles, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports. Perform GAP analysis and recommend best-practice NetSuite solutions aligned with business objectives. 
• Support UAT, end-user training, documentation, and post-production support. 
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for NetSuite enhancements, issues, and system improvements. 
• Review integration flows, troubleshoot functional issues, and coordinate with integration or development teams. 

 

Technical Responsibilities:

• (Good to Have) Working knowledge of Suite Script (User Event, Client Script, Suitelet, Scheduled Script, Map/Reduce) for minor enhancements or validations. 
• Understanding of integration troubleshooting and middleware platforms. 
• Familiarity with SuiteBuilder, Suite Flow, and Suite Analytics for customization and reporting. 
• Exposure to RESTlets, SOAP web services, or other integration technologies. 
• Ability to support data migration activities, including CSV imports and data validation/clean-up. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong functional expertise in Oracle NetSuite ERP across core business processes.
• Experience supporting or reviewing system integrations from a functional standpoint. 
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards. 
• Good understanding of integration concepts and data flow between systems. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. 
• Experience in NetSuite implementations or enhancement projects.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

NetSuite certifications: Suite Foundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant. Exposure to additional middleware, ERP, or SaaS integrations.
