Title: Guidewire QA Lead
Location: Erie, PA – Onsite from Day 1
Need Visa Independent only
Job description :
- Collaborate with client QA Team and other client stakeholders to understand system
- requirements and ensure accurate testing.
- Collaborate with developers, and offshore QA Team to understand the system gaps and execute client requirements
- Develop test cases based on business requirements and system specifications.
- Execute test cases and scenarios, ensuring thorough testing coverage.
- Test and validate complex business rules and workflows.
- Provide an accurate level of efforts and estimates for manual testing tasks
- Able to work independently as well as thrive in a team environment
- Utilize Agile methodologies to drive efficient testing processes and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Guidewire Policy system testing and P&C insurance.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in testing Guidewire Claim Center Configuration and Insurance Suite applications (Policy Center, Billing Center, Contact Manager) Integration implementations.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance, including both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.
- Experience in Claims creation, FNOLs, Reserves, Checks and other payment transactions
- Analyst Associate certification in Guidewire
- Experience in manual Testing in Guidewire Cloud Projects – Upgrade or Implementation
- Experience in Guidewire Automation Testing
- Experience in adapting Testing Standards and Best practices
- Experience in gap assessment of requirements and OOTB functionalities
- Strong technical skills in manual functional testing in a continuous delivery environment.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Solid knowledge of test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, ADO, Rally or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen diligence.
- Experience working in Agile environment following Onsite Offshore mode.
- Mentor junior QA team members, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or Agile certifications are desirable.
- Strong technical skills in non-functional testing in a continuous delivery environment
- Functional Knowledge / hands on any of the other Guidewire XCenters namely Policy Center, Billing Center and Contact Manager
- Experience in Guidewire Automation Testing using Guidewire GT UI Framework.

Title: Guidewire Business Analyst with P&C Insurance
Location: Erie, PA – Onsite from Day 1
Need Visa Independent only
Key Responsibilities:
- As a domain expert the associate would analyse business requirements and convert them into Guidewire technical requirements.
- The associate shall lead the analysis effort by working with development team members to do the impact analysis.
- The candidate would present the findings to business SMEs and gather their inputs to draft the requirements.
- The candidate shall give walkthrough of requirements to development and QA team members.
- The associate will participate in joint application design sessions with other amigos.
- A successful candidate shall manage communications with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Will play a P&C insurance expert role.
- Will support team members in their tasks for timely delivery.
- Elicits requirements on product model, rating, screens, UW Issues, etc.
- Support the lead/manager in providing /collecting data for metrics.
- Should support in reporting (daily/weekly/ monthly)
- Should communicate to onsite coordinator on the status, risks, queries, clarifications, etc.
- Will do functional testing on need basis.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience on Guidewire Policy Centre (Config/integ/Rating)
- Must have played GW PolicyCenter BA role for implementation, and maintenance projects.
- 5-7 years of total technical experience as Business Analyst with Personal lines/Commercial lines P&C insurance domain experience
- Must have minimum of 3-4 Years of Experience in GW PolicyCenter
- Experience in Business Analysis process.
- Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow tool is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

As the Data Testing QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the data quality assurance efforts across multiple projects. You will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive data testing strategies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data within our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data testing, a deep understanding of P&C insurance data, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of data QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Coordinate and prioritize data testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring effective utilization of resources and timely delivery of QA deliverables.
- Develop and implement comprehensive data testing strategies and methodologies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data within P&C insurance software solutions.
- Define data quality metrics and KPIs to measure and report on the effectiveness of data QA processes, and continuously improve testing practices.
- Design detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for data validation, covering all aspects of data completeness, correctness, and consistency.
- Oversee the execution of data testing activities, including both manual and automated tests, to ensure thorough test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of automated test scripts and frameworks for data validation, leveraging appropriate tools and technologies.
- Implement and manage data quality assurance tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes, improve efficiency, and increase test coverage.
- Oversee the testing of ETL processes to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading procedures, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data flows.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure that data flows correctly through various stages of the ETL pipeline and meets predefined quality standards.
- Work closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve data-related defects promptly, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on data testing and validation.
- Proven track record of leading and managing QA teams and data-intensive projects in the P&C insurance domain or a related industry.
- Deep understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance data models, workflows, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Expertise in writing and executing complex SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and validation in relational databases like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Python, R, or similar scripting languages.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Microsoft SSIS.
- Advanced skills in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or custom Python/R scripts for data validation.
- Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking data quality issues and defects. Ability to work collaboratively with development teams to resolve defects promptly.
