Job Description:
• VMWare View infrastructure components support
• Deep knowledge of VMware Horizon View, the Horizon Suite of solutions, Connection brokers servers
• Deep knowledge on Active directory, AD groups, Group policies etc
• Building VDI templates, Adding software packages to VDI template using SCCM Task sequence
• Creating and maintain VDI pools
• Creating and maintain VDI compose/recompose as per the specifics
• Planning and implementing windows Patches to VDI pools
• Maintaining and supporting Windows 7 image, PXE boot, SCCM Task sequence
• Hands on experience required on Service-Now, Remedy etc. tools
Position : Middleware Administrator / Huntersville, NC - Rate : $55/hr
Job Description :
• Design, Install, build, and support Fusion Middleware products on a multi node clustered environments.
• Performance test planning, execution and tuning of Fusion Middleware products, including Weblogic, SOA, JRockit and
Coherence.
• Hands-on admin and configuration for multiple WebLogic domains supporting full SDLC for several high profile projects.
• Implement monitoring tools and techniques for fusion middle-ware components.
• Support multiple integration projects in the middleware space, troubleshooting middle-tier issues and assisting developers on infrastructure related issues.
• Install new middleware software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve middleware software related problems.
• Plan and perform appropriate procedures, documentation, and other procedures related to IT and application middleware development.
• Strong knowledge of best practices around securing and auditing integration frameworks.
• Support IT development team with ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and DBA's to ensure optimal solution, performance and reliability.
• Pro-actively contribute to the ongoing development and adoption of new technology and production processes.
• Regular communication to IT management concerning project's status, potential risks, concerns, problems, and needs.
• Keep abreast of new design tools, hardware, software, and technology and make recommendations for future deployment.
• Support mission critical systems in a 24X7 environment.
• Advises cross-functional team members in design of new applications by providing expertise on systems capabilities and constraints.
• Regular communication to IT management concerning project's status, potential risks, concerns, problems, and needs.
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
