testing master server system

I've finished the preliminary master server system. Currently there is a
new option in the main menu called "find online game". Selecting it
automatically connects the player to irc.freenode.net channel #moonpy to
find other people. There is a host button which will generate a message
to everyone in the chat along with that players public IP address. Also
a join button with a place to insert an IP address so others can join.
It needs a little bit of testing but it seems to work so far. Once the
testing on this is done I'm planning on distributing another release.
Although I plan on eventually getting something a little nicer and more
official, this will do for now.
