Project Tether is out of hibernate

<cough cough> excuse me as I clear off the dust thats been piling up. Anyways for those of you still around and interested in Project Tether it has finally been brought out of hibernate status and work is slowly progressing on Scorched Moon. It's still not in a state that we need anything besides code for now but I'll keep you updated as things change.
