Scorched Moon 0.1 milestone reached

All requirements for the 0.1 milestone have been reached. While an
important step in development be aware that Scorched Moon is little more
then a chat server and client right now so don't expect to rush out and
play for awhile. However it does mean that much of the overall framework
is done. The next step will be the map system which I believe will be
the most difficult part of the project however monthly updates will
continue on the official site: http://code.google.com/p/tether for those
wanting to more frequent progress reports.
