IRC channel designated

I've decided that for now channel #moonpy on irc.freenode.com is the
best place for us to organize games with not only each other but random
people wanting to check the game out. Hopefully in the future we'll get
something better, maybe develop a real master server into MoonPy itself.
I'll try to be on it as I can but I don't normally use IRC very often.
