We are preparing the next bimonthly SCORAI-Global newsletter, which will be sent out in early September. Please send all contributions for the newsletter to me either at this address or at newsl...@scorai.net by the end of the day on Sunday, August 30th. Please include in the subject line "SCORAI Newsletter Submission".

You're invited to share recently authored articles and publications, calls for book or special issue contributions, conference and project updates, new sustainable consumption resources, job adverts, and notices about recent or upcoming events (both virtual and in-person).

I recently published the 2nd edition of my book “Gross Deceptive Product” in which I said that economic growth is the most serious environmental threat ever faced by the human race. I think I made a sound argument to support this statement. If anyone disagrees with this I would love to hear what they believe is more serious and why.
