Dear SCORAI Community,
As part of my PhD research, I am conducting a literature review on circular interventions, specifically focusing on second hand products and food waste reduction at the household level.
I know that many of you are working on similar and relevant topics, and so I am reaching out to ask about research, surveys, or reports, which can shed light on how these interventions affect consumption more broadly. For example, I know that WRAP has a report with survey results that suggest people buy higher quality food with the money they save from food waste interventions. This is the type of data I am interested in, and I would greatly appreciate anyone who can point me to relevant sources about how households re-spend money they saved by circular interventions such as shopping second hand, or reducing household food waste.
I would be more than happy to compile a list of the relevant sources and share with the SCORAI community.
Not to spam the community, please email me directly (tam...@gmail.com).
Thank you very much,
kind regards,
Tamar
