The forward is from a FOIA request to the Scottish Government. The Scottish Gov't is one of the founding countries (of the current 5 plus Canada) in the Wellbeing Economy Governments Partnership. The National Framework hot link is indicative of the seriousness of Scotland to meet its goals. Please note that they include GDP/GPI within these frames as well as other measures such as HDI

It is instructive to visit the Wellbeing Alliance's website to see the established Hubs, in particular, and the countries and US state governments and the actual commitments to deal with both the bio/physical and socio/economic over and undershoots so well documented in Raworth's Doughnut, the DEAL posting of the business guide and the wellbeing policy and business decision guides.

Please note that I will be doing a short, open to the public,  presentation on changing the System for the MN Independent Scholars Forum on 28 January at 10AM at the Washburn Library in Minneapolis which will serve as an introduction to a series to start in February (F-T-F) (MN's weather permitting) and possibly zoom

We are discussing starting a Wellbeing Alliance Minnesota Hub and related actions, taking theory to practice
