Dear all,

 

 

ICTA-UAB is advertising 5 posts to work in the ERC-Synergy project LAND. Application deadline 10^th June 2026.

 

 

ICTA-UAB is looking for two PhD and two Postdoctoral researchers to join the ERC-Synergy Project “Land and life in the Anthropocene: Landscape reform”, co-led by Jun Borras, Esteve Corbera, Ian Scoones and Anna Tsing.

Dear SCORAI and De-Growth friends...

 

This is my last email appeal and that’s a promise. 

 

As many of you know, we are making a film about the life of Herman Daly and his ideas.  We did most of the filming at the Oslo conference of ISEE last June and have now completed all principal photography and scripting.  We will begin editing in mid-June.  But we still need financial support.

 

The Herman Daly film will be complete in August and ready for screenings.  Our Kickstarter fundraising campaign has reached the halfway mark and we are nearly at our original goal of $39,500.  So we are confident of reaching the goal. 

 

But the way Kickstarter works, it’s an all or nothing process so it’s necessary to set a goal lower than what is needed to be sure to reach the goal.  We can complete the film by reaching our current goal, but I’m really hoping that we can make the best film possible and promoting and distributing it widely. With that in mind, our real goal is about $60,000 or so and we really hope to reach that.  Because of that, we still really need your help.
