For anyone in need of a diversion on Thursday (26 June) at 8 pm (New York time zone), here is something that might be of interest to fill the time. I am due to be on an online panel to discuss the award-winning film The Hottest August, which provides poignant insight into the climate crisis through the eyes of ordinary New Yorkers. The event is sponsored by the Museum of Political Corruption as part of its Disrupt Film Series.

To register, just scan the QR code below. That will also give you access to a link to watch the film if you have the time and inclination to do so.

I was advised there was a glitch in my prior transmission, so I'm trying again. Apologies for any confusion. QR code should be visible now.
