SCOPE-RL Package v0.2.1 released

Dear all,

We released the SCOPE-RL package version 0.2.1: https://github.com/hakuhodo-technologies/scope-rl/releases/tag/0.2.1 (See also: PyPI release)

The changes are summarized below:

• Previously, scope-rl==0.1.x supported compatibility with d3rlpy==1.1.1. From scope-rl==0.2.1, we support compatibility with d3rlpy==2.0.4.  (Issue #17, PR #18)

• There are no user-side interface changes on SCOPE-RL modules with this update.

• We also updated the quickstart examples accordingly.

• Some minor bug fixes on policy modules and visualization functions.

We continue to improve and expand the software and will publicize a preprint describing our features soon; stay tuned!
