hello all
do you see a message on dashboard (attached)that Says
"Shop setup
if so then that is very easy to fix, click on the button and then chose "Smaller area Delivery"
basically set a pin anywhere in the world (but try to remember the pin location )
and keep pressing + till you reach 500, thats the best way for testing
