for admin form design effect

hi friends,
 i am doing a project by scooter framework.i have some doubt, can anybody tell me that how to change the admin forms design like if i want to change the radio button to text field of admin so how can i change this

Not quite understand exactly what you want to do.

Scooter supports JSP files. So if you want to change a GUI element, you should be able to do so.
