Well, maybe because (1) there are now so many framework with similar capabilities but supported by bigger institutions, for example: Grails, Play, Spring Roo. (2) Or also maybe because architecture trends have switched to RIA/SPA where simple backend (less framework) is preferred.
I am just dying to know WHY this project is not active???
