Hi john,

I am using Oracle 10g DB. While inserting/updating Date column only date is saved time is saved as zero
eg : '25-11-2012 00:00:00 '. But the person who designed DB told me that oracle 10g date column supports both date and time. How to insert/update both date and time for DATE column.

Thanks and Regards,

Did you use TIMESTAMP as column data type in your table?

DATE type cannot record time.

Hi john,

I am reopening this post. Oracle 10g date column do accept date and time. In jetty server both date and time is update for "DATE" column. But in Tomcat i am getting time as "00:00:00".
Do I need to configure my tomcat ?

Hi,
Found out a solution. Its because jetty server return sqlDataType 93(Timestamp) while tomcat return 91(Date) for the same column. so I customized DataProcessorImpl class according to my requirement.

Thanks..
