Update for wxWidgets Options file

Hello,

I have updated the wxWidgets options file to account for Mac frameworks. I imagine something similar needs to be considered in general for the other sca options tools.

Committed as r415. You're probably right about there being a need for
general framework handling. I wish I could say I know when I'll have
time to look into that...

Yeah, I understand, I imagine it ranks right up there with trying to get the feature set in for a release of sca....
