Complex printing problem

One of our clients only allows internet browser usage via a Citrix
session (this is done for security reasons as they are a bank). Our
setup is Tarantella 3.4 installed on a Redhat 9 server with Windows
2000 as the application server. Printing works perfectly via a normal
internet browser but not when launching Internet Explorer within a
Citrix session at the client's office. Is this anything to do with the
virtual printer being generated by Citrix being incomptible with the
follow me printing in Tarantella? The firewall in front of the Citrix
client is a Cisco Pix. Any suggestions or ideas gratefully received.
