Tarantell printing problem

We are facing two problem in the tarantella printing. The customer
has 3
Servers, where I)Linux 7.3 with tarantella Server II) Sco open
server
5.0.5 III) Solaris 8. and one winXP client with HP LaserJet 1100
series printer.
I am using Tarantell Enterprise 3.30.907 (30days evalution copy).
The two
problems are as follows.
The first problem is when customer login to the Tarantella server
and
connected to the Sco Open server to take local printouts on HP
Printer the
print requests are not passing from the Sco server (Application
server) to
the Tarantella server. We have run the "prtinstall.en.sh" scripts
and
checked the status of the files like hosts.equiv,
hosts.lpd,printcap
files. They are containing the required parameters. I tried with
CUPS and LPrng.
The printer information showing as it configured for tta_printer.
But the print requests
are not passing to client system.
The second problem is when the customer connected to the Solaris
through the Tarantella and going for local printing I am get
"Unable to create Tarantella print job header".
