Deleting a Tarantella Object

Hi,

I am having problems deleting an obviously corrupt Tarantella Object.
When I view it, well click on it, in Object Manager it just disappears
and when I run the "tarantella object delete" it says that the object
doesn't exist.

Any help would be most appreciated.
