Suggested by a guy expert in computations, I was told it should be available for people with knowledge in "classic" statistics.

Might be of interest, maybe after Michele's lesson!

Hi Lucia,
yes, the lesson is planned to be held in February.
I gave a look to the course, seems very good also if costly!
They will teach you how to do Bayesian Analysis with R or MATLAB and WinBUGS, but I saw that optionally you can choose JAGS instead of WinBUGS, that is an its more recent evolution.
I'm precisely using R+JAGS for my analyses!

At the moment I don't know if to give a lesson focused on the theoretical bases, or something nearer to a workshop... if you prefer the second one, there is the additional problem of using R and the necessity of some programming skills...
I'll try to do my best to give you both theoretical and practical background, but tell me if someone has specific necessities!
