Dear all,

sorry if this comes so late and sorry if someone who should receive this is not in the list (in case please forward the e-mail to him/her).

Here we are, next week we'll see each other again! (well at least this holds for me).

And as you might know there will be our (Ruben's Vanda's Brittany's Giulia's Lucia's and Emilia's and Laura's too) PhD Thesis Defense otherwise called VIVA event.

Unfortunately our future is still unclear (as always in life, but I'm referring to next week at the moment) so we do not have the last version of the program yet.

THUS, to avoid planning problems, we decided to postpone the party one day and invite you all

the 18th of December 2013

around 8 pm

for our PhD-CrHiStMaS-pArTy!!

Place could be "L'asino che vola", a bit of hand but at least we can book for everyone.

Please let us know if you plan to come (well it is mandatory for all Students, PhDs, Post-docs and possibly Professors -plural- as well...) asap.
