Dear all,
a while ago I have sent you an email about some changes concerning the planning and scheduling of talks for future lab meetings. Last week during the lab meeting, I told you in short what this schedule is going to look like and the idea behind it.
This email is to sum up the idea again and send you the schedule for the next few months.
For every month from January until July 2014, we have planned at least one lab meeting. In the schedule you'll find dates, location and times (which can be slightly different if any last minute adjustment is necessary).
For every meeting a Post-doc and a PhD candidate of our group is scheduled to give a presentation.
In case you are not available to give a talk the day you are scheduled for, it is an option to change dates with another member of the lab (Post-doc or student respectively). Please note that
it is up to you though, to find someone to change with. Also please make sure to communicate this with me, so I can set-up the meeting with the other person instead.
There are many topics for talks to give, so if you don't have any data or project ideas to present at the time your presentation is scheduled, just chose another sort of talk for a presentation. This obviously is always an option and also much encouraged! (Find some ideas at the end of this mail).
Also it is very important to note that additional talks and meetings to the ones scheduled can be planned during the next months.
So, in case you want to present earlier than scheduled or just give another talk, please let me know and we plan it!
The schedule can be found here:

I thank you all very much for your cooperation!
Very best,
Katha
