Dear Members,

 

We hope you are as much excited as we are about the upcoming picnic on May 12. There are only 3 weeks left for the event.

 

We are in the process of finalizing a spreadsheet for everyone to view and reserve a dish for the potluck. In the mean time, if you want to reserve a dish for the potluck then please contact one of the members listed on the flyer attached. Let them know how many friends and family members will be joining the potluck and the dishes you want to reserve.
