Need Help | About Doppler Data

at http://piweb.ooirsn.uw.edu/covis/ ,I have noted that in process/Automatic_postprocessing_version3.2 there are doppler folders but cannot find their file data.

Could anyone guide me on how to find their data or use there folders? Thanks in advance!"

The short answer is that no automatic processing is being done for the Doppler data. I think I'd noted this somewhere in the instructions.  The folder should contain a log file that notes a failure of the automatic processing. 

Part of the issue is that the Doppler algorithm is only valid for cases where the angle of the line of sight of the sonar with plume is an acute angle.  The plume moves around, so not all data collected leads to a valid result. I did link the github repo with the processing code but recognize that Matlab code may not be useful and that determing the validity of the result may require unprovided domain knowledge. 

I can't add much now as my internet access is only my phone this week. I'll think next week about what can be added usefully at this point.
