Clarification: Step Counter in Neuron Monitors

Hello all,
we were notified of an error in the step counters of all neuron monitors.
In the simulation, we flushed the monitors every 30,000th step, and as a result of a programming error, this resets the step count. Please ignore this issue and take every new line as 100-steps later than the previous one. We are sorry for the inconvinience!
