Download ebook Difficulty

I attempted to download the electronic version of 'Python Scripting
for Computational Science' third edition. The page accepted the
password and allowed me to download 'getfile.php' . I am on WIndows7
and do not have PHP installed.

Is there a way I can get the ebook without installing PHP? I had a
look at installing it but I only found directions for installing the
server side version. I would prefer to find another way to get the
ebook than installing and learning another language while I am on the
edge of learning Python.

You don't need to install anything special to download the ebook.

Thank you. I found that Internet Explorer8 downloads the PHP
getfile. Google Chrome gets the PDF from the same hyperlink.

Will I always need to input the password each time I want to open the
book?
