I believe I have closed all pull requests with respect to the iris 1.11 milestone

I will cut an iris 1.11.x branch and a release candidate from that branch for testing

please ensure that any changes hoped to make 1.11 are targeted at the relevant branch

please be mindful that we are aiming to cut 1.11 as soon as practical, so it would be appreciated if we could keep a tight rein on the scope
