On Ubuntu, when I select some text than try to drag selection, it
takes around 3-4 sec pause for SciTE to figure operation in which time
CPU is maxed. That is on first try, and after that selection drag&drop
works as expected. Till the next restart of course

Works quickly (<0.1 seconds) for me to start drag on current
Ubuntu, Mint or Xubuntu.

Thanks Neil for confirmation

Don't know what could cause it, as other editors like "builtin" Gedit
or Scintilla based Geany doesn't have this issue
And again as that weird regex lockup, this seems to affect only me,
although I want to think that I have regular Ubuntu, as I sure have.
But I guess many things can mess each other if user has not much
experience.

I'll try to figure if there is some pattern, as it seems that this
issue does not repaper after every SciTE restart like I wrote
