Upcoming 4.4.6

A new release of Scintilla and SciTE will be made soon, likely on the 1st.

This is a minor release. It is likely the last release before 5.0.

Since the Windows XP builds of 4.4.5 didn’t work, the binaries for 4.4.6 are built with an older compiler, Visual C++ 2017. I have tried these on a 32-bit XP VM but not on 64-bit or a real machine.
