As discussed please find the job descriptions below. All the positions are based out of Bengaluru and salary is negotiable.

1. Data Engineer 

A data engineer who will help us makes sense of the vast amount of available data in order to make smarter decisions and develop high-quality products. Your primary focus will be using data mining techniques, statistical analysis, machine learning, in order to build high-quality prediction systems and strong consumer engagement profiles.

 ·         Build required statistical models and heuristics to predict, optimize, and guide various aspects of our business based on available data

·         Interact with product and operations teams to identify gaps, questions, and issues for data analysis and experiment

·         Develop and code software programs, algorithms and create automated processes which cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple sources

·         Create systems to use data from user behavior to identify actionable insights. Convey these insights to product and operations teams from time to time.

·         Help in redefining ad viewing experience for consumers on a global scale

 Technologies: Python, MySQL, NoSQL, REST

      

2. Lead Back-end Engineer

A Lead Back-end Developer with a deep passion for backend systems, their scalability, and their continued development. He/She would be in charge of building the backend systems that power our site/software/applications and continuously improves the backend practices. You would work closely with other internal teams in building and supporting systems that deliver reliability, high performance, and epic functionality.

 ·         Design and develop robust services that are in coordination with frontend developers ensuring the production and development of a high-quality and well-tested code.

·         Design, develop and test features alongside other technical departments.

·         Lead the department in the design, development, deployment, and operation of services that our users use.

·         Optimize APIs for any applications while creating and maintaining unit tests for new code and fixing defects

·         Participate in the continuous integration of automated builds and deployments, ensuring that deliverables meet functional and design requirements and specifications of the site/software

·         Work with engineering leadership in solving and architecting solutions for challenging or complex site/software development issues

·         Take initiatives in developing and maintaining integrations of best practices within the backend department

 

Requirements 

·         A programmer with strong (2+ yrs) experience with Python and/or GoLang (We love Polyglots)

·         Working knowledge of *nix systems

·         Experience with building and scaling apps with RDBMS as well as NoSQL

·         Experience creating scalable Web APIs for mobile and browser consumption

·         Vanilla development is a big plus

3. Tech Lead

A Technical Lead who would be responsible for leading and supervising a team of engineers as they develop our product/s. He/She would own the vision of the product, and strategize to work on the overall architecture and code. We are ideally looking for someone who aspires to be an engineering manager.

 ●        Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation.

●        Own the development lifecycle and be responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project/s.

●        Manage the pace of sprints according to the pace of business

●        Carry out code reviews and suggest better solutions for a scalable architecture

●        Mentor team members and carrying out performance reviews

●        Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and Industry standards.

●        Manage technical resources within budget and project schedule.

●        Support and perform management duties when manager is absent or out of office

●        Contribute to hiring efforts

 

Required skills 

●        4+ years of experience in building large scale applications and products

●        Experience in leading and mentoring a team

●        Excellent understanding of and coding skills in Python, Android, Mysql and Go

●        Experience in advertising industry would be preferred

●        Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

●        Must have a strong sense of drive, ownership, and ability to deliver quality products

4. Front-end  Developer

A Front end engineer who would be responsible for creating user engagement products, in coordination with the creative and operations. You would be responsible for entire development cycle - starting from the first contact that the user has with in-game advertising elements to making sure that the overall engagement is non-intrusive and rewarding for all parties involved. The role is majorly going to involve working on mobile browser/web views.

·      Expert Knowledge of AngularJS

·      Workable knowledge of HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS3, vanilla JS

·      Experience on mobile web development/responsive design

·      Experience with any MVC frameworks is a plus
