This refers to Campus Interview conducted at IDRBT/ University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad on 28^th July, 2014 wherein below mentioned 5 candidates have been shortlisted as Assistant Manager at NPCI.

1.    Ms. Vartika Jindal

2.    Mr. Veeranna Badavath

3.    Mr. Sunil Kumar Kamadani

4.    Mr. RamaKrishnaReddy Aleti

5.    Mr. Amar Kondraju

Offer Letter will be issued to candidates subject to successful completion of following Pre-employment Formalities:

 

1.    Background Verification Check – Education, Address, Previous employment & Criminal/Court Verification.

2.    Medical Examination (kindly find attached information sheet for same)

3.    CIBIL Verification (kindly find attached information sheet for same)

 

From above mentioned formality, we will be initiating education verification once the candidates furnish their final year Mark-sheet and Degree/ Provisional Degree. Rest of the formalities should be completed at the earliest. For the same, request you to kindly coordinate with the candidates to furnish the following documents.

 

Documents Required in scanned form:

1.    All educational Documents (all mark sheets – 10^th, 12^th, Graduation, Post-graduation, Diploma and etc.)

2.    One acceptable Address Proof ( Aadhaar card, Ration card, Passport, Voted Id, Bank Statement)

3.    Pan Card

4.    Background Verification Form

5.      Experience certificates of past employer (for all experience mentioned in this form)

 

The candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Manager at NPCI on completion of entire Pre-employment Formalities at a Total CTC of ` 5,09,116 Lacs p.a. (Fixed - `4 Lacs, Annualised Benefits - ` 29,116 and PRIP - ` 80,000 approx.). No travel allowance for joining, will be provided by NPCI.
