Feature request: follow/favorite author

Hello everyone,

I just discovered scirate, and it seems like a great website to me.

I just wish it also had a feature to follow or favorite specific authors, so that:

- their articles would be highlighted in your feed

- their articles in domains you don't follow would still show on your feed

I think that would a cool improvement to a great website
